What we do
Enter
Company formation and market entry. Registrations with Bolagsverket and Skatteverket, VAT, HR compliance and collective agreements, ID06. A structure that holds up to customers, banks and authorities from the first day.
Operate
Corporate governance, board reporting and risk. Management systems built to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001: first certification, maintenance, internal and supplier audits, gap analyses. Producer responsibility registrations and reporting. Sustainability reporting under CSRD where it applies.
Lead
Interim leadership when a role is empty or a company is in a stretch it cannot staff for. Interim CEO with full accountability to the board and authorities, or operational roles such as COO, quality, HSE and sustainability.
Exit
Winding a company down properly. Liquidation, final accounts and the reporting that goes with them, or preparing a company for sale.
Behind these: legal and tax, management systems and ISO, health and safety, accounting and finance, communications, and sustainability reporting.
Producer responsibility
Most companies that sell across borders are registered in fewer countries than they are obligated in. The rules apply country by country and attach to whoever first places goods on each market, so the exposure sits in flows nobody has mapped: direct sales past the distributor, spare parts, the packaging around every shipment. The liability runs backwards, and fees can be claimed for volumes several years old.
This is Josef Tapper’s own specialism. He was CEO of Recipo, the Nordic producer responsibility organisation for electronics, and knows the organisations across Europe from the inside — what they cost, what they need reported, and which ones are worth joining.
We map which product categories create obligations in which countries and what the historic exposure amounts to. We procure the right producer responsibility organisation per market. Then we put the registrations, authorised representatives and reporting routines in place, and keep them running.
Covering electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE), batteries under Regulation (EU) 2023/1542, and packaging under the PPWR and national rules.
About STRUKT
Strukt is Josef Tapper, working with a small group of named specialists.
Josef has been a CEO and board member for most of the last twenty years, mostly in regulated territory — permits, supervision, reporting obligations. He was at Recipo from 2007 and its CEO from 2012 to 2021, taking the Nordic producer responsibility organisation for electronics from no members to around three hundred across Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
He holds the process together, and formal responsibility stays with whoever is qualified to carry it. Legal and tax is handled by advokat och skattejurist Lili-Ann T Tullborg at Law & Tax. Accountants handle the accounts. An ISO specialist builds the management system, which external auditors then certify.
Nobody vouches for anything outside their own field, and nothing falls between them. What the board gets is one picture rather than five.
